KnowledgeHouse develops customized development programs of shorter and longer duration targeted the organization and target group and based on the customer's needs and requirements.

All development programs are designed in close cooperation with the customer and are explained through modular process models with a clear indication of the program content, activities, division of responsibilities, deadlines, benchmarks and effect measurement.

KnowledgeHouse applies the 'train-the-trainer' concept, which implies that all modules are implemented by the KnowledgeHouse, but with assistance and training of internal consultants to support successful cross-functional implementation and integration.

Our experience shows that this method can help to increase successful integration in the long run, as employee involvement ensures motivation and the anchoring of the changes that the program is targeting. At the same time this method helps save costs for the company, as it can undertake some of the tasks with their in-house staff.
